Ponteland Art Festival 2026

The 2026 Ponteland Art Festival will take place on Saturday 9 May 2026 from 10am to 4pm at Ponteland Memorial Hall.
The Hall will be open from 7am on the Saturday for set up.  
Access on Friday evening will not be possible. 
Clear down will be from 4pm and all materials will need to be removed by 6pm.
 

The Ponteland Art Festival is primarily a fine art festival and all exhibitors must exhibit original pieces.  Prints, cards etc are permitted but these should not dominate displays. 

Pitches will have a 2m frontage and will be 3m deep. 240V AC power is available along with tables and chairs.  Pitches will be allocated randomly.  Exhibitors will be issued two complimentary refreshment tokens.

Exhibitor booking of pitches at the Ponteland Art Festival is exclusively online on a first come first served basis.  

Pitches are £25 each, which is non-refundable, and there is no commission to be paid to PMH on sales made.

As in previous years we expect pitches to be oversubscribed.  Once all pitches have been booked, there will be an opportunity to join a Waiting List should any pitches become available.
