Family Christmas Fayre 2026

The 2026 Family Christmas Fayre will take place on Sunday 6th Dec from 11am – 3pm at Ponteland Memorial Hall. 

The hall will be open from 8am for set up. Access on Saturday evening will not be possible.
Clear down will be from 3pm and all materials will need to be removed by 4pm.

Tables will be allocated randomly.
Booking of tables is exclusively online and on a first come first served basis.
Tables are £20 each,  which is non-refundable. 

Click on the BOOK TABLE button to book your selling table.  Confirmation of booking your table will be emailed immediately after your payment is made.   Please check your junk email folder if the email does not arrive after one hour.  

No commission is to be paid to Ponteland Memorial Hall on sales made.

Once all tables have been booked, there will be an opportunity to join a waiting list should any tables become available.
